SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is extremely important. Each artwork is handled, packaged, and shipped directly by the artist with care and attention.
Handling and Packaging
All original artworks and prints are carefully wrapped and professionally packaged. Standard courier insurance is included.
If you have specific shipping requests or courier preferences, please contact us before placing your order.
Production & Dispatch Times

Original artworks: Dispatched as soon as possible, generally within 2 weeks.

Fine art prints: Produced to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production.

Pre-orders: Fulfillment details are clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, updated timelines will be communicated via email or noted on the product page.
Cancelations
Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
If confirmed, we will replace the artwork where possible. If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued upon return of the damaged item and Certificate of Authenticity.
Returns
Returns are not accepted due to change of mind. All Prints are produced upon demand.
Returns are only considered in cases of verified damage or defect.
Customs & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or incorrect information provided by the buyer, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Unclaimed items may be disposed of if re-shipping costs are not covered.

Note that all artworks and prints are sold directly by the artist, Barbara Diniz, and each transaction constitutes an international sale from Brazil.
