SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!

We'll make sure your order arrives safely, but in the unlikely event that there are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible on barbaradiniz.artist@gmail.com

ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND PRINTS

Handling

Originals and Prints are handled by the artist directly. They are beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged. They are shipped by courier and include standard courier insurance. Make sure to check the dimensions and all information or contact us if you have any questions before purchasing original artwork as all original artwork sales are final once shipped as they are one of a kind. However, in the highly unlikely event that you would need to return the artwork, please contact us to discuss and perhaps we will be able to make arrangements. Standard courier cover is included. If you have a courier preference please let us know. 

Shipping

Original Artworks are dispatched as soon as possible, generally within 2 weeks, but please allow 3-4 weeks as the prints are on demand and certificates are created after the order has been placed and the artist will package and ship your artwork herself. 

Our prints are created to order - it usually takes 2-5 business days (excludes weekends) to prepare any order. In case of pre orders - the items' description will state the fulfilment details of pre ordered items.

Please note that all prints are produced to order, so please factor that in when estimating the desired delivery date. We can rush production of some of the orders, so once again, please reach out to us if your order is time sensitive before placing your order.

 

Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates. The actual delivery time may vary, so please reach out to us before placing a time sensitive order. While we strive to post the most accurate shipping estimate, delays do occur from time to time. In those instances we will update the projected arrival times on the respective pre-ordered product’s page and/or email you with updates. In many cases these delays are completely out of our control, so we appreciate your patience whenever delays occur.

Cancelations

If you would like to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched! Once the order has been shipped it can not be retrieved or stopped and as they are limited editions and original items they can not be placed this means your order can not be refunded, unless you are able to return the item in perfect condition.

I am an independent artist and can not afford to replace these items myself, I do hope you can understand. Please double check your order before placing it and contact us at barbaradiniz.artist@gmail.com if you would like any assistance.

Returns

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. 

 

In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable). 

Barbara Diniz will not be responsible for the fate of the goods where customer refuses to accept shipments because they changed their minds or where duties and taxes are payable. Please make sure you know/understand what the import fees, taxes and procedures in your country are before placing your order.

Should your order be returned to us for any other reason, the items will be sent back at customer's expense. If the customer refuses to cover the re-shipping costs the items will be disposed of.

Customs

All artworks and prints are sold directly by the artist, Barbara Diniz, and each transaction constitutes an international sale from Brazil.

In compliance with Brazilian tax and export regulations, every purchase is accompanied by a formal sales contract and invoice issued to the collector. This document confirms the artwork’s authenticity, sale value, and export status for customs and legal purposes.

By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information required for the preparation of this documentation.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and do not include import duties or customs fees, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
