My fine art prints are designed to last, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. You will not be disappointed, the print is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
Customs fees or tariffs are according to each country. Validate within official forms of communication in your country to verify what are the current Customs fees or tariffs.
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold at the barbaradiniz.com site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. FINAL CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE is processed through our Shopping Cart after you have submitted your information to PAYPAL. At that time your item(s) will be checked against our inventory and confirmation of your order will be verified.

Order Protection is an optional service that covers your package in case of loss or damage. For orders under $100, the carrier generally provides coverage, but the customer must file the claim directly with the carrier. For orders over $100, purchasing Order Protection ensures additional coverage, allowing quick and easy claims.
The purchase limit for sales of our limited edition Screen Print editions is 1 per customer/household. We issue refunds for orders in excess of the purchase limit. To avoid double orders, do not hit the submit button more than once even though it looks like the first submit didn’t take.
Please allow from 24 to 48 business hours for refunds to be processed on our end and then it can take from 5 to 8 business days for the funds to return to your bank. International refunds can take up to 14 days (or sometimes longer) for your funds to be returned to your bank. Please note: the Barbara Diniz Orders Dept is not open on weekends.
