TANGIBLE EMOTIONS
BY BARBARA DINIZ
CONTEMPORARY PAINTINGS EXPLORING EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL STATES

COLLECTION THE PULSE
My new Fine Art collection The Pulse Beneath the Skin (2026), is now available. This collection explores human rebellion, fragility, vulnerability and repentance. Grey bodies over red grounds, love beneath cold sterile control. Each piece is an act of unmasking — an insistence that beneath the pursuit of perfection, superficiality, detachment and coldness, there is always life if you dare let Light in.
This collection is presented through limited edition prints.
About Barbara Diniz
I was born in Brazil, raised between Brazil and the United States, and began drawing and selling my work as a child before abandoning the idea of art as a vocation under the pressure to choose something more “practical.” I studied civil engineering technology, moved through sales, and eventually worked in cyber-security, where I thrived intellectually until burnout and depression forced a reckoning with my own limits. When my mind and body could no longer carry me, I turned back to God and to painting — not as therapy or escape, but as a return to origin. My work now examines the quiet tension between what we present and what we endure, treating vulnerability not as weakness but as a site of truth. My upcoming collection, The Pulse Beneath the Skin (2026), explores rebellion, fragility, repentance, and the persistence of life beneath control and sterility — grey bodies over red grounds, insisting that beneath detachment and perfectionism, something living still waits to be revealed.
